It was the first time I did a market study where I was not able to contribute substantially to the concept of the project. The study merely validated what my client, Chris Narciso, VP Operations of Robinsons Land, already had in mind for his medium-rise residential development along 20th Avenue and Aurora Blvd in Cubao. Naisip na niya lahat eh :-)The name Escalades, on the other hand, was the brainchild of Paul Mauricio, the multifaceted architect of RLI.
