Bringing BF to Boracay

(2008) ideasman, inc. invited MMDA Chairman Bayani Fernando to meet with Boracay Foundation officials about their urban planning concerns. BF suggested constructing a highway in the middle of the island to decongest the present main artery. Nothing has been done by Mayor Cawaling until now. Patrick Tan, VP Commercial Affairs (now President) of Seair and Paul Sison, then VP Marketing & Sales of Asian Spirit, with BF at Hey Jude, Boracay.

(2008) It is still work -- and no play -- with BF even at a rest and recreation paradise like Boracay. We were brainstorming about slogans for the MMDA with Juvy Catahoy and Patrick Tan of Seair (not in photo).

(2009) Then Mayor ER Ejercito awarding ideasman, inc. a key to the town of Pagsanjan, Laguna. He is now Governor of the province. This dynamic public servant has a double degree from U.P. Diliman and is presently taking up graduate studies at UA&P.

(2012) With Mayor Del R. De Guzman of Marikina and everybody's MVP -- Manny V. Pangilinan, during the 2nd anniversary of our "Thursday Club" group of editors, columnists, broadcasters. The night was sponsored by MVP and his group of companies.

This couple gets it done

(2003) The mandate given to ideasman was to develop idle properties of the Fernandos. Do the market studies, determine the "best use" for the property, prepare the business plan once the concept is approved, set up the company, hire the management team, then move on to the next project. Companies set up include BF Works, Inc. and Club Oasis.

Asian Spirit Airlines

(2007) ideasman, inc. was commissioned to do the Marketing Audit and Usage Attitude Imagery (UAI) Study for Asian Spirit. Eventually, owner invited us to reorganize the marketing & sales team as Vice President, saying, "Ikaw may alam ng sakit ng company, ikaw gumamot."
