ideasman to visit Mapawa Nature Park in Cagayan de Oro

My last visit to Cagayan de Oro was in the late eighties when I was still working for the Philippine Convention and Visitors Corporation (PCVC) -- the marketing arm of the Department of Tourism. I was with Joji Gregorio, presently finance manager of PCVC. 

I can't believe that it was almost twenty years ago!

Anyway, my May 16-17 familiarization trip to Mapawa Nature Park is related to its thrust to reposition itself into a full-blown adventure and ecotourism destination. 

Mapawa is managed by the Pelaez family.

Robinsons Escalades: From market study to reality

ideasman, inc. was commissioned by VP Chris Narciso of Robinsons Land to do the market study of RLC's 20th Avenue property in Cubao last September to November 2007.

The Escalades is a cluster of 6 midrise condominiums in the heart of Cubao which offers a respite and a refuge from the toxic conditions of everyday life in the city. If I recall it right, the buildable to open space ratio is 80:20 or 70:30. 

The name "Escalades" came from Architect Paul Mauricio of Robinsons Land. 

TREASURE TOWERS MARKET STUDY

Yesterday, I presented the findings of the market study we did for Treasure Towers, a tri-tower residential condominium with condotel development at the corner of Ramon Magsaysay Blvd and Santol St. in Sta. Mesa.

ideasman, inc. was commissioned by LK Global to conduct the study from March 23 to April 24, 2009. We were given a month for something ideally done in 3 months.
